3. School Name And Mascot

4. School Colors No white if you plan on purchasing sublimation transfers.

     5. Any additional information. (EXAMPLE: #SPEARIT) 

After we receive this information I will then take the request over to the designer to get your mock-up. I will send your mock-up to your email and post them in group https://www.facebook.com/groups/littlehouseteesblankstransfersandmore within 3-5 business days. Once I send you your mock-up and ask you for approval it is your responsibility to check for correct spelling and color. You have 24 hours to make ONE adjustments. 

Requirements for transfers:

Screens MOQ 75 @ $4.25 each

Sublimations No MOQ @ $3 each

Dtf Transfer (Cold Peel) MOQ 15 @ $5.25 for adult and $4 for youth

I will only send you the mock-up on a tee or just the image proof. I will not send you the PNG file as I assume responsibility of file from the designer.
